Our dedication to care is reflected in the diverse range of services we offer.

NDIS

Our tailored NDIS support services are specific to each individual’s needs. We ensure the work we do is centred around a participant’s NDIS goals, that way we can guarantee our support is assisting a participant to live the life they choose.

  • This support item focuses on helping participants develop, maintain, or enhance their everyday life skills. This service aims to empower participants to become more independent and confident in tasks like personal hygiene, meal preparation, housekeeping, and managing daily routines.

  • This service promotes inclusion & social well-being and is designed to encourage participants to actively engage with their communities and build meaningful connections. This can look like support in participating in social events, recreational activities, community programs and skill development workshops.

  • STA and Respite services offer participants and their carers much-needed short-term relief. These services provide an opportunity for participants to experience alternative support arrangements, different from their regular routines. During this time, carers can take a well-deserved break, while ensuring the participant continues to receive the essential support they require.

  • This support item allows KAC Care to transport a participant to an activity that is not itself a support – or to a support that is delivered by another provider. This also enables the participant to travel to and from appointments or their place of work.

  • At KAC Care, we pride ourselves on being able to tailor individual support plans for our participants, to ensure they have the support they need to reach their goals. Our team have developed a personalised training program for NDIS participants that can include personalised gym, swimming and exercise programs developed and implemented by our experienced and qualified staff. 1:1 programs are available with our qualified personal trainers and swimming instructors.
